Texas Right to Life PAC today announced their endorsement of Rep. Van Taylor in his campaign for State During his time in the Texas House of Representatives, Representative Taylor has been ardent defender of innocent human life. He recognizes the value of all human life, including those lives manufactured through scientific means, and Representative Taylor has also sought to reform the Texas Advance Directive Law that victimizes the dying and the disabled from receiving medical treatment.
In 2011, Representative Taylor co-authored and voted for the Sonogram Law of 2011 and supported the budget strategy to remove over $64 million from the Texas abortion industry. Representative Taylor also co-authored and supported House Bill 2, the Pro-Life omnibus bill that passed during the recent special session of the Additionally, Representative Taylor has consistently co-authored other key pieces of Pro-Life legislation and has served as an advocate and strategist on the House floor.
