Frisco politicians hand out endorsements to Van Taylor

FRISCO ENTERPRISE, Staff Report

Rep. Van Taylor announced last week Rep. Pat Fallon and Frisco City Councilmen Will Sowell and John Keating have formally endorsed his campaign, joining Rep. Scott Turner and Frisco Councilman Tim Nelson.

These Frisco endorsements follow several municipal leaders from the eastern portion of the district announcing their endorsement of Taylor in the previous weeks.

Taylor said in a press release the economic growth and new jobs created in the area should be an example to the nation of what is possible with limited government and local control.

“At the state level, we must limit the size and scope of government, allowing more freedom and opportunity for our families and small businesses," he said. "I am honored to have received the support of these local leaders who have worked incredibly hard to make Frisco the thriving community it is today, and I look forward to working with them to ensure our communities continue to prosper.”
